The technician personnel Performance assessment in military hospital is an essential measure to strengthen the team of technician personnel in military hospital. With the Country's economic, social transformation and Gradual transition of the local medical and health system, country's opening to the Medical market, The Government's encouragement in social participation, and Constant inputted foreign advanced technology and management concepts has brought huge impact to the military hospital's development. In order to seize the development opportunities facing, military hospital must improve the method of the technician personnel Performance assessment in military hospital. Establish a scientific, just and impartial indicators system of technical specialists, to establish and complete the Hospital's internal appraisal mechanism of able persons, the mechanism of competition and the mechanism of encouragement, and to create a good environment where talents easily show themselves and everyone can do his best.This thesis focuses on the means of establishment and applications of indicators system of the technician personnel Performance assessment in military hospital. Firstly, analysis is given on the problems existing in current indicators system of the technician personnel Performance assessment in military hospital and application situation in the field. The research procedure and target of this thesis is whereupon presented. The author studies ways to establish the Scientific and reasonable evaluation indicators system with both quantity and quality fixed, which answers for the actual situation in the military hospital. The author expatiates the theoretical foundation and basic direction in designing the appraisal and indicators system for technical specialists and puts forward principles and basic methodology in designing the indicators system. Using the method of expert advice military hospital design professional technology cadre's performance evaluation indicator system, and using the right value judgment method is used to determine the factor of performance evaluation indexes weights. Adopting the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate performance evaluation results.Ultimately, at the foundation on establishing the technician personnel Performance assessment indicators system, the author demonstrates the application and validation of the new indicators system by an example of the technician personnel Performance assessment in a certain military hospital, and then solves the problem of who examines, who is examined, what is examined, how to examin, how to do after examination.
