Employed staff as an important component of human resources in military hospital.With the deepening of the reform of the military establishment system,the proportion of employed staff in military hospitals has been increased by more than 65%.The incentive mechanism is imperfect,will directly affect the military hospital medical technology,medical service and medical service capability,which plays a very important role.In this paper,the army K hospital for example,starting from the basic theory of motivation,the use of Adams theory,fair Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and ALDERFER's ERG theory,in-depth analysis of the status quo and existing staff incentive forces K hospital problem,and how to improve military hospital were studied by hired personnel incentive mechanism,put forward reference countermeasures for reference.This paper is divided into seven parts.The basic requirements of the concept,types and staff in military hospital were introduced in the first part of employed staff in military hospitals,and expounds the background,research purpose,research status review,research methods and solve the problem.The second part describes the basic theory,principles and methods of human resource motivation related to this research.The third part introduces the basic situation of the employed personnel human resources situation and the military hospital in K military hospital,analyze the main reasons of the present situation of personnel employed in military hospital,and points out the main problems existing in the incentive mechanism of employed staff in military hospital.The fourth part is to explore the relevant indicators and design principles of the establishment of the early warning mechanism of the military hospital staff.The fifth part is the case analysis.Based on the study of human resources incentive mechanism in the Affiliated Hospital of K hospital,the author provides the reference basis for improving the incentive mechanism of the employed staff in military hospital.The sixth part puts forward some measures to perfect the incentive mechanism of the employed staff in military hospitals.Includes three aspects:one is the organization of employed staff in military hospitals management,enhance the professional level of the main incentive;the two is to strengthen the system construction,establish and perfect the evaluation system of personnel employed in Military Hospital;the three is to use a variety of methods to enhance staff motivation,sense of belonging to the military hospital staff.The seventh part is the conclusion of this study.Summarized the main problems of employed staff in military hospitals exist in the incentive mechanism,and again in the number of soldiers in military hospital preparation significantly reduced under the background of perfecting the incentive mechanism of employed staff in military hospitals the important significance and practical value.
