The skeletal muscle is one of the important tissues of one body used glucose , There are studies show that after glucose infusion that skeletal muscle was uptaked approximated about 75% glucose , skeletal muscle is not only an important target tissue of Insulin affected, but also is the main site of insulin resistance. When the body shown blood glucose rises, Various types of skeletal muscle organelles and matrix can be damaged, Therefore skeletal muscle damaged to become one of the major target organization of diabetes. The result would cause muscle fiber atrophy and muscle volume decrease, clinically weakness, muscle pain, muscle atrophy and other symptoms, end will decline the quality of the patients life. At the same time, myopathy and increased peripheral insulin resistance, further increase the body's metabolic disorders.Coupled with stz injected rats with high fat, high sugar diet-induced diabetes model and the model of human typeⅡdiabetes is very similar, so this model used for the treatment of diabetes may help the human typeⅡdiabetes.This paper tries to explore through movement and mulberry leaves, to interfere with the symptoms of diabetes in rats, If it has improved the symptoms abou diabetes,Study the intervention of sports and effect of polysaccharide, skeletal muscle for Using glucose will become normal, Whether have advantages treatment and control about diabetes, Aims to contribute to treatment and control of diabetes and provide some basic theoretical.Male Wistar rats 50, Random sample of 10 sedentary control group as the normal (N), The remaining 40 as a model group, By 60 mg / kg body weight intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin fast (STZ), The normal group was injected an equal volume of 0.1% citrate buffer, Modeling and then randomly divided into diabetic quiet successful group (D), Diabetic exercise group (DS), Diabetic plus drug group (DM) and diabetes exercise and medication group (DMS), 8 each group. Diabetic exercise group (DS) and exercise plus drug group (DMS) continue to exercise training for 6 weeks, Strength of 25m/min, Every times 30min, 6 days a week, rest on Sundays. Dosing group (DM) fed at the same time each day 4ml concentration of about 40% of the polysaccharide, Diabetes quiet group fed the same volume of distilled water, Also for 6 weeks. Were in accordance with the experimental design before and end of it, Determination of the pre-determined indicators of the physiological and biochemical: Glycogen, Muscle glycogen, Total superoxide dismutase (total SOD), Trace malondialdehyde (MDA), Creatine kinase (CK), Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), Glycosylated serum protein (GSP), Serum insulin (INS), weight of rats, Glucose and other indicators. The results showed that: (1) exercise group (DS), Plus drug group (DM), sports plus drug group (DMS) in the liver and muscle glycogen (LGL, MGL), Total superoxide dismutase (total SOD), Creatine kinase (CK) ,Serum insulin (INS), weight of rats were all higher than those with diabetes quiet Groups of (D),but the trace of malondialdehyde (MDA), Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), Glycosylated serum protein (GSP), Diabetes blood glucose were all lower than those quiet Groups of (D), And to exercise the most obvious dosing Groups of (P≤0.01). (2) after the intervention of different experimental methods, The most significant decline in Glucose became normal for the movement Ghassan leaf polysaccharide group (DMS), The ability of skeletal muscle glucose utilization, the ability of scavenging free radicals,also the best return to normal, CK, SOD levels were significantly increased and so (P≤0.01).Conclusion: Sports, mulberry leaves, and a combination of both intervention,(1) Wistar rats were injected intraperitoneally at 60mg/kg body weight STZ, Diabetic rat model can be successfully established and the success rate is high (about 80% of the experiments), Experimental studies can be used as the basis of the theoretical basis of diabetes. (2) be independent solo-sports, mulberry leaves, sports combine with mulberry leaves means can be all applied with the treatment and control of diabetes, But the latter is the best.
