Objective analyzes the efficacy and safety of House dust mites'allergens vaccine to Allergic rhinitis by subcutaneous injection. Methods From January 2009 to October 2009 in Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, the Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, 76 Patients with perennial allergic rhinitis had been selected and randomly divided into experimental groupⅠ( 38 cases) and experimental groupⅡ(38 cases). House dust mite allergen vaccine immunotherapy will be gived with the approval of the experimental groupⅠpatients consent. The patients in experimental groupⅡwill be treated with antihistamines, nasalsteroid and other drug treatmen. 38 cases of normal volunteers who do not suffer from allergic rhinitis will be select as control group. All the patients will be Check by Otolaryngology General Methods. Before treatment and After 1 year of treatment the patients in groupⅠandⅡwill have skin prick test and value the symptoms (signs) scores, also 3~5ml Conventional blood will be acquisited and the control group patients will be acquisited too. All blood samples will be coagulated at Room temperature(20~25℃)for (60±10)min, centrifugal 10 minutes by 2500r/min,put the serum into eppendorf tube preserve in -80℃refrigerator. Completely selected the serum and then detect the concentration of sIgE and sIgG4 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Describe and statistical analysis the information.Results⑴Before and after immunotherapy the symptoms and signs total scores of patients inⅠexperimental group were(10.06±2.27)and(5.43±0.65),P?0.01,there were significant differences; Before and after immunotherapy the symptoms and signs total scores of patients inⅡexperimental group were(9.74±2.09)and(5.68±0.83),P﹤0.01,there were significant differences; The effective treatment of experimental groupⅠwas 97.14%, the effective treatment of experimental groupⅡwas 73.68%, compared the of two efficient P﹤0.05, there were significant differences.⑵Before the treatment, the patients'concentration of sIgE in experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwere 17.57±2.53 KUA/L and 16.85±2.70 KUA/L, the concentration of serum sIgE in control group was 2.37±1.82KUA/L, comparing the three F=5.23,P﹤0.05, assay by SNK: before treatment in experimental groupⅠandⅡthe concentration of sIgE were significantly different from control group, but the difference between the two groups was not significant; After treatment, the patients'concentration of sIgE in experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwere 17.57±2.53 KUA/L and 16.85±2.70 KUA/L, in experimental groupⅠcompared between before and after treatment P﹤0.05, in experimental groupⅡcompared between before and after treatment P﹥0.05.⑶Before the treatment, the patients'concentration of sIgG4 in experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwere 27.58±12.50 mg/L and 25.18±12.37 mg/L, the concentration of serum sIgG4 in control group was 13.25±6.26 mg/L, comparing the three 10.59,P﹤0.05,there were significant differences, assay by SNK: before treatment in experimental groupⅠandⅡthe concentration of sIgG4 were significantly different from control group, but the difference between the two groups was not significant; After treatment, the patients'concentration of sIgG4 in experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwere 53.73±11.06 mg/L'26.39±13.11 mg/L, in experimental groupⅠcompared between before and after treatment P﹤0.05, in experimental groupⅡcompared between before and after treatment P﹥0.05,no significant differences.⑷The comparison of skin test between before and after allergen immunotherapy in Experimental groupⅠ,χ~2= 45.65,P﹤0.05, comparison of skin test between before and after drug treatment in Experimental groupⅡ,χ~2=31.82,P﹥0.05, no significant differences.⑸The efficient of allergic rhinitis patients with asthma is 100%, the efficient of allergic rhinitis patients without asthma is 95.8%, compared the two P﹥0.05, no significant differences.⑹In all 770 immunity injections, 83(10.78%)local adverse reactions had happened and systemic adverse reactions had happened 12 times(1.56%), no fatal adverse reactions appears. Conclusion 1.Both Immunotherapy and simple drug treatment can improve symptoms of rhinitis, but immunotherapy is better than drug treatment alone. 2. The serum sIgE in allergic rhinitis patients were higher than normals, immunotherapy can reduces the concentration of sIgE, drug treatment alone makes no significant impact in sIgE concentration. 3.The serum sIgG4 in allergic rhinitis patients were higher than normal peoples, immunotherapy can escalates the concentration of sIgG4,drug treatment alone makes no significant impact in sIgG4 concentration. 4. Immunotherapy can reduces the allergen skin test level, while drug treatment makes on no significant impact on it. 5. There is no significant difference between patients with asthma snd without asthma. 6. Specific immunotherapy is a safe and effective treatment.
