| Objective To investigate psychological abnormalities in patients with Noncardiac Chest Pain(NCCP), and to explore their relationship with quality of life.Methods From January 2008 to June 2010, 100 healthy adults, 178 patients with cardiac chest pain(CCP),and 202 NCCP patients who had received coronary angiography were included in this study and fulfilled Short form 36 health survey questionnaire (SF-36), and Hospital Anxiety and Depressive Scale(HADS), the difference of scores were compared and analyzed among the three groups.Results the scores of anxiety in patients with NCCP were higher than CCP, Healthy adults ( 6.92±4.50 vs. 5.72±3.46 vs. 4.05±2.78,P<0.0001), Except the role of mental health ,general health, 6 healthy conceptions in the health-related quality of life in CCP patients were significantly lower than those in NCCP. (All value P <0.05) The incidence and scores of anxiety and depression in patients with NCCP and CCP was higher than that in healthy adults(All value P <0.05), there was negative correlation between the scores of anxiety and depression and quality life.Conclusion Psychological factor plays an important role on the onset and development in cases of NCCP. Life quality of patients with CCP declined more significantly than patients with NCCP. |
