Object: to study the expression differences of cell cycle regulators(P57,P15,cyclinD1,cyclinB1,cyclinA2,CDC2,CDK2,CDC6,CDC20) during the human decidualization in vivo.Methods:The prepregnancy decidual and the mid-secretory phase endometrium samples were obtained in Tongji hospital. The location of these cell cycle regulators was determined by immunohistochemistry. HPIAS-1000 image analysis system was used to assess the mean optical density value of expressions of the cell cycle regulators .Results: The expression of P57,P15,cyclinB1,cyclinA2,CDC20,CDC6 proteins in decidual was increased compared with mid-secretory phase endometrium(P<0.05). The expression of CDK2,CDC2,CyclinD1 in decidual was lower compared with mid-secretory phase endometrium(P<0.05).Conclusions: In this study,we furtherly validated the result of previous microarray in vitro. Expression tendence of P57,P15,CDK2,CDC2,CyclinD1 was accordant with microarray result, suggesting that they participated in the human decidualization. The increased expression of P57 and P15 induced arrest in G1-S phase.Decreased expression of CDK2 and cyclinD1 in decidual resulted in G1-S transition and S phase process.
