ObjectiveTo put intra-abdominal surgery into practice for rabbits combined application of natrium hyaluronic acid and triamcinolone acetonide, and study the preventing effect of postoperative period of rabbit intra-abdominal bowel adhesion by combined application of natrium hyaluronic acid and triamcinolone acetonide.Methods1. Make model, then observe the effect of animals of giving medicine on the first day. The first day,64 mature male New Zealand rabbits are utilized as referenee of intestinal adhensive models. Postoperative will follow the same conditions of animal feed cage points. On the first day, which the first batch of 32 surgical animals are randomly divided into 4 groups, group A, group B, group C, and group D, each group of 8. Respectively in the wound nothing, hyaluronic acid sodium, triamcinolone acetonide, and combined application of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide. Seven days later, the first batch of rabbits is executed. Open the abdominal and observe the macroscopic classification of adhesion. Then take the front wall of ascending colon and the adhesion organization in the pathologic observation.2. Take the blood samples to quantitate the FIB. Take the blood samples on the first day before the surgeries to quantitate the FIB, and take again on the 7 day after surgeries.3. Observe the effect of pharmacy to adhesion for local bowel function after surgery. The second batch of rabbits of 32 rabbits is made for modles on the first day, and is given surgery to loose adhesion 7days later. And observe the macroscopic classification of adhesion. Which the second batch of 32 surgical animals is randomly divided into 4 groups, groupⅠ, groupⅡ, groupⅢ, and groupⅣ, each group of 8. Respectively in the wound nothing, hyaluronic acid sodium, triamcinolone acetonide, and combined application of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide. Fourteen days later, the second batch of rabbits is executed.Results(1) After 7 days, the degree of eye classification of adhesion. Local bowel adhesion is lighter in sodium hyaluronate group, triamcinolone acetonide group and combined application of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide group, compared with matched group (0.01<P<0.05).And the more obvious of combined treatment group (P<0.01). (2) Fibrinogen content:compared with application of matched group, the application of sodium hyaluronate group, triamcinolone acetonide group and combined application of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide group has reduced more (0.01<P<0.05), the more obvious of combined treatment group (P<0.01). (3) After 14 days, on adhesion and eye level classification, compared with matched group, application of sodium hyaluronate group, triamcinolone acetonide group and combined application of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide group, which can alleviate adhesion for local bowel function after surgery (0.01<P<0.05), and the more obvious in combined treatment group (P< 0.01).ConclusionCombined application of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide not only has significant effect on the prevention to the rabbit postoperative adhesion and has significant effect on again adhesion. And drug combinations of blood fibrinogen content are reduced. It is more obvious of combined treatment group than both single use of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide group.
