objective: The oral medication through the application of "cyclophosphamide (CTX)" observe scar on the impact of early rabbit ears in the present study ,we want to find a new way by which eating Immunosuppressant treating scars is valid in clinical.Methods: Rabbit ears were used to establishing animal models for hypertrophic scars. According to different doses of cyclophosphamide, it dissolved into 10 ml of distilled water .Then drugs are used by rabbit in method of gavage. These rabbit are divided into four groups (B group 5mg/Kg.d,C group 10mg/Kg.d,D group 30mg/Kg.d),and every group has eight rabbit. phlebotomizing test a routine blood from ears of rabbit before animal models built.and so do it in two and four weeks. we can observe Changes of Numerical Value of HI or NA or AA by HE staining or VG staining. Cuting specimens and embedded in paraffin then sliced, these dye into HE staining VG staining under the same anesthesia. after 28d. At the same time,we can get Changes in the values of Bax,Bcl-2 and Bax/Bcl-2 By immunohistochemical method.Results: The rabbit ears abdomen side hyperplastic scar growth was muffled.,After oral cyclophosphamide. Control group and dose group of white and lymphocyte has significant meaning and The difference between each dose group has also significant meaning (P<0.01). With the increase of drug ,concentration amount of white and lymphocyte decrease. HI value which obtained from HE dyed are significant difference between the control group and each dose group. (P<0.01). With the increase of doses ,concentration HI value decrease. With the increase of doses, Value of NA gradually decrease.NA value are significant difference between every dose group(B group,C group,D group) and the control group(A group)P <0.01.But the difference aren't significant between C group and D group (P 0.05).Moreover AA value are significant difference between every Experimental group(B group,C group,D group) and the group(A group) P <0.01.And difference are significant among every group(P<0.01). With the increasing of drug ,AA value decrease. Positive Bax protein expression are significant difference between every Experimental group(B group,C group,D group) and the group(A group) P <0.01. But the difference of positive Bax protein aren't significant between C group and D group (P 0.05); Positive Bcl-2 protein expression are significant difference between every Experimental group(B group,C group,D group) and the group(A group) P <0.01. difference of Positive Bcl-2 protein are significant among every group(P<0.01). With the increasing of drug , Positive Bcl-2 protein decrease; The ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 are significant difference between every Experimental group(B group,C group,D group) and the group(A group) P <0.01. The ratio are significant among every group(P<0.01). With the increasing of drug , the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 increase.Conclucion:Eating cyclophosphamide is able to treat early hypertrophic scarring tissue of rabbit ears . The result is got only by decreased and programmed cell death.
