In the past two decades, fluorescence polarization immunoassay technology has made tremendous progress in medicine,in the pharmacy and other residues has been widely used, especially in the detection of Brucella has made breakthrough progress. Detection of Brucella in China and in the applications, although there are good performance, has not seen in the market with completely independent intellectual property rights of a Brucella measuring the fluorescence polarization immunoassay instrument.This topic comes from Heilongjiang Province in 2008 of natural subjects Fund to study the design of fluorescence polarization immunoassay system, simple and convenient and flexible testing of Brucella virus. Through research, design and implement this article by fluorescence polarization immunoassay system, including optical systems, electrical systems, signal acquisition display. STM32 as a core control chip with fluorescence polarization immunoassay system with stability and reliability characteristics. The system is real time, controllable, meeting the requirements of the system miniaturization.This article first fluorescence, fluorescence polarization immunoassay technology to do a simple description of the research home and abroad and made a summary of the status quo. Followed by a detailed description of the fluorescence principle, the principle of fluorescence polarization immunoassay technology, and medical pharmacy application. Then introduced in the specific design of this article, including optical design, circuit design and signal acquisition part of the design. The method described by comparing the optical design of the two methods to determine the structure of optical design of this article. The experiment shows the optical design of the structural parameters of components and related spectrum. Circuit design, signal transmission through optical and noise removal mechanism and method, designed photoelectric conversion, filtering, signal amplification and other functional modules. Function module gives a detailed schematic circuit design and conduct circuit analysis, the purpose is to weak fluorescent signals into electrical signals at the same time maximize the signal to noise ratio. Finally, AD sampling chip, the collected signal into a digital signal to the STM32 control chip, by setting the sampling points and sampling frequency to improve the sampling accuracy, the specific description of the signal acquisition process and the design of core processes.Specific experiments and many experiments to test the system performance. Through the data and the experimental charts, the system has reached stability and repeatability characteristics that can be simple and convenient to test of Brucella, while taking advantage of the core control system STM32 enhanced system stability, so the system can be widely applied to the production.
