Time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) is an ultrasenstive analytical method, instead of radioimmunoassay,which developed in80s of the20th century. It has been widely used in diagnostics and clinical analyses, iatrology, life sciences. It had becomed a very promising analytical tools.DSLFIA is a new direction of TRFIA. With the Special fluorescence sex of Rare earth eu ion, the chelate be excited by an light source can produce the fluorescence spectrum has peaks peculiar to the europium ion. DSLFIA is widely concerned because of operating conveniently and very good development prospects.In this dissertation, there was a big paragraph discussed the synthesis of4,4’-di(p-aminophenylethynyl)-6,6’-bis(N,N-bis(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)aminomethyl)-2,2’-bipyridine,w hich applied to solid-phase time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay. We studied the reacted temperature, reacted time, quomodo of adding material, propirtion of material, and improved the method of synthesis, and enhanced the yield. The structure of every product was determined by IR、H-NMR. The result proved the reliability of the synthetic method and the correctness of the product. Developed for the time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay, provide the basic guarantee.
