Older,low culture degree and survival in patients with low income of poor quality.ⅢB patients survival quality obviously higher thanⅣpatients. Low-income people andⅣpatient group that depression is more obvious.Conclusion: Survival in patients with advanced cancer quality and depression of the medical staff should be under the attention,Quality of life should be evaluation of patients with lung cancer treatment effect of the late indexes.
