| Objective:.To compare the osseointegration among Immediate Implant, Delayed Implant and Delayed Implant after Bone Graft at different time and evaluate the proper implanting time for clinical treatment.Methods: The mandibular premolar from 12 healthy adult dogs of 12-18 month old were extracted after anesthesia, and divided into A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,B3 six groups randomly (A- three months, B- six months). A1,B1 for Immediate Implant; A2,B2 for Delayed Implant after Bone Graft; A3,B3 for Delayed Implant. The samples were evaluated and analyzed by Gross observation, radiographic observation, Fluorescence observation and histological observation.Results:1.Gross observation: A total of 72 implants, 2 implants of A1 were taken out because of loosening at 2th surgery. The other implants have no clinical mobility, percussion sound crisp and no postoperative inflammation.2.Radiographic observation: There is a wedge-shaped gap around one of B1. The other implants contact with bone closely, there is no gap between the bone and the implant.3.Histological observation: The 6 groups'bone-implant combination(BIC) and bone area of peri-implant(BA) were: BIC : A1,69.46±10.91 ; A2,78.54±9.20 ; A3,57.33±8.88 ; B1,79.77±13.12 ;B2,84.46±6.44;B3,77.40±8.36; BA : A1,61.85±6.82 ; A2,69.52±9.63 ; A3,51.59±7.00 ; B1,73.25±10.22 ;B2,77.47±9.88;B3,69.22±10.32。 4.Fluorescence observation: Double fluorescence bands'Distance of 3 groups were:A1,6.13±0.66;A2,6.80±0.43;A3,5.23±0.37;B1,7.63±0.61;B2,8.38±0.84;B3,6.79±0.54Conclusions:1. Immediate implant, Delayed implant and Delayed implant after bone graft can achieve an ideal Success rate of planting, with the time going on, the BIC increased.2. Bio-oss combined with bio-gide has good effect on osteoconduction , osteoinduction and osteogenesis. It can not only enhance the bone implant contact rate, but also new bone formation around the implant, increasing the scale of implant bone.3. The level of bone remodeling, it'is higher at six month than at three month. |
