Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of enucleation and hepatectomy of liver hemangioma, and find a reasonable surgical method of liver hemangioma. Methods: To make a retrospective analysis which is according to 47 liver hemangioma patients who came from the second hospital of dalian medical university during 5,2003~2,2010.We divided these patients into 2 groups. There are 20 patients who had liver hemangioma divesting in group A. There are 27 patients who had liver hemangioma in group B. Compare the differences of operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage, blood transfusion, liver door block time, liver function recovery, the postoperative complications and postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups.Result:47 cases all successfully finished the operation and the mortality is 0% Part result of Group A operation time (65±20)min, intraoperative hemorrhage:(236±86)ml, blood transfusion: (200±100)ml, hepatic portal block time (5±5)min, recovery of liver function(1/3/7d,ALT:520/351/192±70-36),postoperative complications:5/20(12.1%), postoperative hospitalization time: (9.6±1.6)d, Part result of Group B operation time (120±20)min, intraoperative hemorrhage:(686±96)ml, blood transfusion: (500±100)ml, hepatic portal block time (17±5.6)min, recovery of liver function (1/3/7d,ALT:770/486/245±40-55), postoperative complications: 12/27(43.1%). postoperative hospitalization time: (13.46±3.6)d. operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage, blood transfusion, hepatic portal block time, liver function recovery the postoperative complications and postoperative hospitalization time of the 2 group is different(p<0.05). Conclusion:The group of having hemangioma divesting has less operation time, postoperative hospitalization time, intraoperative hemorrhage, blood transfusion and better liver function recovery, and lower opostoperative complications occoring rate than the group of having regular lobe hepatectomy. According to the result of this research we should choose hemangioma divesting to deal with liver hemangioma.first.
