Objective Hyperlipidemia is one of the most important riskfactors that was considered the earliest which can couse arteriosclerosis. The purpose of this study is to discuss the application of E-Tracking technology which is used to evaluate the early changes of vascular elasticity in patients with high Cholesterol and (or) Triglyeride. Evaluate the diagnostic value of echo tracking technique in early arteriosclerosis which were studied statistically, then provide a reliable,objective diagnosis of early arteriosclerosis and warn clinic precaution at an early time.Method From January 2010 to January 2011, a total of 151 patients and volunteers were eligible at the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei combination college. 68cases of them are patients with high Cholesterol and (or) Triglyeride (38men,30women), aged 27-65 years old , mean age49.99y(49.99±7.91). 83 cases of healthy people in control group(41 men,42 women),aged 27-74 years old,mean age 47.60y(47.60±8.40). Clinical data are collected using unified questionaires which was filled in face to face .SSD-α10 color Doppler ultrasonograghy apparatus produced by Japan Aloka Company is applied. Echo-tracking was used to evaluate theIMT and the elastic indexes,include stiffness parameter(β),the pressure-strain elasticmodulus(Ep),arterial compliance(AC),one-point pulse wave velocity(PWVβ) of CCA and CFA, combination of the clinical and laboratory test results such as age, blood pressure, total Cholesterol , triglyeride and other indicators were statistically analyzed. Statistics analysis are treated by SPSS13.0 package, two independent samples t test was used to analysis the data between the two groups.Results ⑴There was no difference in parameters( IMT,β,Ep,Ac,PWV,AI ) within group between left and right between the two groups .⑵Compared with the control group, when the IMT both in carotid artery and common femoral artery were thinner than 1.0mm, the Ep,βand PWVβin hyperlipidemia were higher, and AC was lower, there were significance differences (P<0.05).And there was no differences of AI .Conclusions⑴The artery elastic decrease of carotid artery and femoral arteryin the hyperlipidemia patients.⑵The ET technique is more superiority than routine ultrasonography,which may reflect macroangiopathy the early of the carotid and femoral artery.
