Objective:Via coronary angiography and Clinical data collection of patients, to analysis the relevance between different cardiovascular risk factors and coronary lesions ,investigate the differences between the different sex, provide theoretical basis of treatment strategy and personalized prevention of male and female patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Select 399 cases of patients with chest pain were admitted in Liaocheng People's Hospital and performed coronary angiography(CAG) or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) during November 2009 to January 2011.After admission collect the general information and the result of coronary angiography ,and according the Standard of Gensini scoring calculate GS scoring of each patient .All of the patients have blood test in the next day Including blood lipid, fasting blood glucose(FBG) ,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),uric acid(UA),Total bilirubin(TB),Direct bilirubin(DB), Indirect bilirubin(IB) and so on. Also recorded and calculated the blood pressure , pulse pressure(PP), Body Mass Index(BMI). The patients were divided into different groups according to sex ,coronary Gensini score, degree of coronary artery lesions. The statistic method was respectively adopted the ANOVA LSD-t method, Kruskal-Wallis H method for non-parametric rank sum test.Between Gensini Coronary Severity Scores and the factors using Spearman analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Adopt SPSS 13.0 statistic software.Results:1. According to the results of coronary angiography, the general data comparison showed: In CHD group, the FPG, LDL-C, Non-HDL-C, LPa is higher than non-CHD group, while HDL-C is lower (P <0.05), there was statistical significance. The patient with CHD who Combined with hypertension, diabetes, smoking were more, the rate are: 66.1%, 30.7%, 44.4% ,and there was statistical significance between the two groups (P <0.05).2. control study of the gender differences in various risk factors of CHD in patients showed: smoking history, TG, GS score in male group was significantly higher than the female group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) There was no significant difference in other risk factors between the two groups.3. Relevance research of coronary heart disease risk factors and the GS scores: There was statistical difference in the age between different GS scores groups, the age increased with the level of GS scores, meanwhile lesion type distribution is significantly different from each age groups.Only Non-HDL-C of serum Lipid increased with GS scores in each group, and there were significant different(P <0.05). The GS scores increased with the FPG level, the proportion of CHD patients with diabetes mellitus in coronary artery disease increased with the GS scores, respectively, 13.80%, 25.00%, 33.33%, 38.57%, 44.19%. SBP, DBP, PP in CHD group were higher than non-CHD group, the difference was significant (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in each GS score group.4. Correlation analysis (Spearman analysis and Logistic regression analysis) showed that GS score have positively correlated with BMI, FPG, TC, TG, LDL-C, Non-HDL-C, age, hypertension, smoking, meanwhile HDL-C were negatively correlated with the GS score. Also find BMI, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, Non-HDL-C are more relevant with women than men.Conclusion:1. FPG, LDL-C, Non-HDL-C, LPa,, BMI, age, smoking history, hypertension, diabetes, are major risk factors of coronary heart disease, and male and female patients of coronary heart disease have different risk factors.2. GS scores increased with FPG in patients of Coronary heart disease with diabetes or impaired fasting glucose ,and the proportion is large. To active control of blood sugar to bring more benefit for patients with coronary heart disease.3. GS score of coronary lesion was positively correlated with age, FPG, lipid levels (TG, LDL-C, Non-HDL-C, LPa), diabetes, BMI. while women more closely related to serum lipid levels and BMI, should be give strengthen therapy to let the lipid level down and control the body weight to reduce BMI.
