Among them, minocycline, teicoplanin, quinupristin, vancomycin, nitrofurantoin, levofloxacin, fusidinsaure, rifampicin and norfloxacin were not show drug resistance. 148 strains Meticillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus and 14 strains Meticillin resistant staphylococcus aureus to 21 antibiotics by statistical analysis, the difference Resistance Rate was statistically significant (t=2.866, P< 0.05), pustular lesions from male and female children of chengdu isolated staphylococcus aureus in 21 antibiotic resistance by statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant (t=0.639, P> 0.05).162 strains of staphylococcus aureus Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA finger printing, obtain DNA 5-11 bands, the band 250bp-2000bp molecular size, is divided into 8 genotypes, namely, genotypeⅠfor 3 strains (1.85%), genotypeⅡfor 43 strains (26.54%), genotypeⅢfor 51 strains (31.48%), genotypeⅣfor 7 strains (4.32%), genotypeⅤfor 10 strains (6.17%), genotypeⅥfor 42 strains (25.93%), genotypeⅦfor 3 strains (1.85%), genotypeⅧfor 3 strains (1.85%). Among them, to genotypesⅢ, genotypesⅡand genotype VI mostly, the three genotype 65.43%(106/162).148 strains Meticillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus genotype respectively is: genotypeⅠfor 3 strains (2.03%), genotypeⅡfor 33 strains (22.30%), genotypeⅢfor 50 strains (33.78%), genotypeⅣfor 7 strains (4.73%), genotypeⅤfor 10 strains (6.76%), genotype VI for 39 strains (26.35%), genotypeⅦfor 3 strains (2.03%), genotypeⅧfor 3 strains (2.03%). Among them, to genotypeⅢ, genotypes VI, genotypeⅡmostly, three genotypes of total 82.43%(122/148).14 strains Meticillin resistant staphylococcus aureus genotype respectively is: genotypeⅡ10 strains, genotype VI 3 strains, genotypeⅢ1 strain. Among them, genotypeⅡgive priority, on the genetic type of total 71.43%(10/14), followed by genotypesⅥ, total 21.43%(3/14).Conclusions:Pathogenic bacteria from Children impetigo secretions in skin lesions of Chengdu is most staphylococcus aureus (90.00%), to give priority to minocycline, teicoplanin, quinupristin, vancomycin and nitrofurantoin highly sensitive (sensitive rate all for 100%). And for penicillin, erythromycin, clindamycin and cotrimoxazol are height resistance (84.57% above). MSSA to cefotaxime, cefazolin, cefuroxim, ampicillin sulbactam highly sensitive (sensitive rate was 100%,100%,99.32%,99.32% respectively), while MRSA, for cefotaxime, cefazolin, cefuroxim, ampicillin sulbactam highly resistant (resistance rate was 85.71%.85.71%,85.71%,64.29%respectively).The antibiotic resistant is higher MRSA than MSSA to 21 kinds of antibiotics from Children impetigo of Chengdu. difference was statistically significant.162 strains staphylococcus aureus Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA finger printing, is divided into 8 genetic types, the genetic typeⅢmost, followed by genotypesⅡ, genotypesVI, these three genotypes are 65.43 %of the total(106/162).148 strains MSSA genotype have eight types, with genotypeⅢ(50strains,33.78%), gene genotypeⅥ(39 strains,26.35%), genotypeⅡ(33 strains,22.30%) mostly, these three genotypes of total 82.43%(122/148),14 strains MRSA only genotype 3 genotypes, respectively genotypeⅡ10 strains (71.43%), genotype VI 3 strains (21.43%), genotypeⅢ1 strain (7.14%), genotypeⅡprimarily.
