Purpose:Explore the protective effect and best results of pretreatment time of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) at the hepatocirrhosis at different times.Method:Establish the rat hepatocirrhosis model, perfume the IPC at different times(5-10,8-10,10-10,15-10 min) and I/R (30-30min), detect the indicators of serum and liver tissue, detect the liver pathology by HE.Results:1, All the rats were achieved to moderate liver cirrhosis at the tetrachloride injection group and the rats were no case of cirrhosis at normal diet group.2. The level of serology and liver tissue MDA and MPO were lower than the rest of the group in 8min-10min of the IPC group in the liver cirrhosis group, and the level of SOD was higher than those group(P <0.05). The level of NO was significantly higher in the 8min-10min-IPC group than the corresponding ischemical reperfusion injury group and the level of NO at serum were significantly higher than other groups at 5 or 8-10min with IPC(P <0.05).3. The pathological change of the cirrhotic group with 8-10min and 10min-10minIPC were lighter than other groups and dominated by 8min-10min , the pathological changes and inflammatory infiltration in 15-10min IPC group was significantly heavier than the other groups. The change of the normal liver group was lighter than the hepatocirrhosis group. Conclusion:1. It can aggravate the liver ischemical reperfusion injury in the hepatocirrhosis group.2. It also has a protective effect of IPC in normal liver and hepatocirrhosis of IR.3. The protection mechanism of IPC in hepatocirrhosis may be related to increase NO levels in the liver tissue and decrease inflammatory cell infiltration.4. Ischemia preconditionin can also increase the tolerance of hepatocirrhosis induced by tetrachloride injection to hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and the protective effect was different in different times. The protective role of IPC was distinct in different ischemic times of preconditioning, and the IPC with 8min-10min were superior to the others. As the severity of cirrhosis of the liver, the time of IPC may be shortened, the purposes of 5min ischemia and 10min of reperfusion in IPC may be an effective medium to moderate hepatocirrhosis.
