A Study On Psychological Assessment And Intervention For The Patients With Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) In Community Hospital

Objective To understand the psychological status of the patients with CHD in community hospital, the environmental factors of depression/anxiety were surveyed, and psychological intervention was evaluated in coronary artery disease associated with depression/anxiety.Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with coronary heart disease who filled the achieves completely from four neighborhoods in Qingdao to form the study group, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-questionnaire in the community clinic patients with old myocardial infarction or angina,60 patients were investigated before and after psychological intervention, and carried out the matching analysis with 60 healthy residents.Results The patients have significant anxiety and depression before psychological intervention, SAS and SDS scores are significantly higher than contrasting group. SAS scores showed that 71% of patients with anxiety, SDS score showed that 33% of patients had depression. The patients'anxiety and depression improved significantly after psychological intervention.Conclusion The patients with CHD in community hospital have the serious psychological problems, the treatment of psychological interventions are needed in order to facilitate their rehabilitation.
