The Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Types And Pulse Parameters Of Coronary Heart Disease With Psychological Disorders Research

Objective:Explore the corresponding relationship and relationship between TCM syndromes and pulse parameters in patients with coronary heart disease and psychological disorders,and provide auxiliary diagnosis basis for the differentiation of TCM syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease and psychological disorders.Methods: In this study,patients with coronary heart disease and psychological disorders were taken as the research object.The "three question method" combined with psychological disorder disease scale method was adopted to include the cases.The collected h1,h3,h4,h5,and t pulse parameters are summarized to summarize the correlation between TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease and psychological disorders and pulse parameters.Results:1.A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease and psychological disorders were included in this study,of which liver qi stagnation syndrome(64cases)> heart blood stasis syndrome(61 cases)> Phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome(31 cases)> heart and spleen deficiency syndrome(22 cases)> cardiac and kidney failure(17 cases)> heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(5cases).2.Among the TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease combined with psychological disorders,27 patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome combined with both anxiety and depression,accounting for 13.5%;14 patients with heart blood stasis syndrome combined with both anxiety and depression,accounting for 7%;There were 4 cases of anxiety and depression combined with phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome,accounting for 2%;7 cases of anxiety and depression combined with cardiac and kidney failure,accounting for 3.5%.3.Correlation analysis of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease with psychological disorders and pulse parameters,it is concluded that pulse parameters h1,h3 and h5 are correlated with the distribution of syndrome types,as follows:(1)Liver Qi stagnation syndrome is related to the pulse parameter h3.When the value of h3 is large,the syndrome differentiation tends to the syndrome of liver qi stagnation(P<0.05);(2)Heart blood stasis syndrome is related to the pulse parameter h5.When the value of h5 is small,the syndrome differentiation tends to the syndrome of heart and blood stasis(P<0.05);(3)Phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome is related to pulse parameters h1,h3 and h5.When h1 value is small and h3 and h5 values are large,the syndrome differentiation tends to the syndrome of phlegm-fire disturbing heart(P<0.05);(4)Heart and spleen deficiency syndrome is related to the pulse parameter h5.When the value of h5 is large,the syndrome differentiation tends to be the syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency(P<0.05);(5)Cardiac and kidney failure syndrome is related to pulse parameters h1 and h3.When h1 value is large and h3 is small,the syndrome differentiation tends to be the syndrome of heart-kidney non-compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Liver Qi stagnation syndrome is positively correlated with pulse parameter h3;2.Heart blood stasis syndrome has a negative correlation with pulse parameter h5;3.Phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome is negatively correlated with pulse parameter h1 and positively correlated with h3 and h5;4.There is a positive correlation between heart and spleen deficiency syndrome and pulse parameter h5;5.Cardiac and kidney failure syndrome is positively correlated with pulse parameter h1 and negatively correlated with h3.This study concludes that there is a correlation between TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease and psychological disorders and pulse parameters.To a certain extent,pulse parameters can provide a reference for the syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease and psychological disorders.
