Clinical Analysis Of Human Cytomegalovirus Infection And Children With Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective Study the correlation between Human Cyto-megalovirus infection and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpurc.Methods enzyme immunosorbent method and flow cytometric analysis children HCMV antibody test serum respectively and peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets.68 children with ITP treated in our department between January,2005 to December,2006, selected 20 healthy children about pathogen infection, detection, in comparison of the immune status, were divided into two groups based on whether they were infected with HCMV or not.and press for HCMV infection is divided into HCMV infection group and not infected group, the conventional treatment of one group and the other add up with [acyclovir wei,]compare recent (two weeks) curative effect, forward (June) the relationship between disease outcome.Results 30 out of 68(44.12%)ITP children were found with HCMV infection,3 cases HCMV inflammation in 20 healthy children, compare the two groups had significant difference. The existing HCMV infection ITP T lymphocyte subsets abnormalities, reduce CD4+cells, CD8+cell increases. HCMV infection group decreased total CD4-cells significantly. No difference between short-term curative effect, compared with the long-term outcome,had a significance difference..Conclusion HCMV infection is concerned with the cellular immune abnormalities in children ITP,and to the pathogenesis and delay of ITP is an important related factor. Immune adjustment and pathogen infection treatment need going on at the same time in the course.
