Research Of General Practitioner Training And Training Effect In Kunming City

[Objective]To analyse and discuss general practitioner training methods of KunMing general practitioner training center, and to provide better training methods for the KunMing city general practitioner training center.[Subject]To do questionnaire to community doctors before and after training and who are from 14 districts of kunming ; To return to visit that have trained 949 general practitioners; To take personal interviews for 4 directors in community service center, 15 community doctors , 5 teachers who KunMing city general practitioner training center.[Methods]Step one: Before training , From community doctors'the general situation, school education, and occupation satisfaction to do questionnaires in investigation I.Step two: After training, From training-doctors'learning situation, training context, teaching management to do questionnaires in investigation II.Step three: To analysis 115 -student clinical skills' examination and general practitioners' theory examination achievement.Step four: From the general practitioners' general and training situation to do feedback survey in investigation III. Step five: Personal interviews[Results]1.From the investigation I and III to know Kunming general practitioners'situation. General practitioners age gap of too much, mainly consisting mainly of young doctors; Engaged in the community health service work time is not long; The ratio of men and women is much difference, mainly dominated by women; Community doctor titles are too lower; Community doctors' education is not high, mainly College degree.2.The community staff' satisfaction for community job is not too good , it has a great influence to the community health service.3.Training students thought that the Training effect is pretty good.4.Training students react the training content grasp the situation and demand situation to provide the good suggestion for future training.5.To analysis the training students test scores, provide the data for teachers to plan better in the teaching plan and content and progress.6.General practitioner visits investigation, visit community doctors after training all medical knowledge and work practical feedback, and put forward some valuable suggestions.[Conclusion]1.To strengthen the construction of our school's training center.2.High Medical Colleges should take the main responsibility of training general practitioners.3.To Strengthen the community health service oneself construction, advancing with the times.
