Righting The Chemical Fiber Bulk Prevention Hepatitis B After Liver Fibrosis (positive Imaginary Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Studies

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of FuZhengHuaXian Powder (FZHXP) treating hepatic fibrosis induced by type B hepatitis patients.Methods:60 cases of patients with blood stasis and deficiency of the Qi type of hepatic fibrosis are randomly divided into two groups, each 30, one for treatment group and the other for control group. The patients of treatment group are treated by FZHXP, and those of the other group are treated by Reduced glutathione Tablets for one months.Results:FZHXP can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs (P <0.01), and ultrasound B (P<0.05), but little effect on the TBIL,ALB,A/G. Can significantly improve HA (P<0.05) in hepatic fibrosis but on the LN,PⅢNP,C-Ⅳ, the effect is not obvious。The ratio of distinct clinical curative effect of the treating group is 93.3%, while the control group is 73.3%. There is distinct difference between the two groups (P<0.05). No adverse clinical reactions during the test.Conclusion:FZHXP is effective on treating hepatic fibrosis induced by type B hepatitis with blood stasis and deficiency of the Qi type of hepatic fibrosis. The drug can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs. Improve hepatic function, lower ALT, AST levels, and better improvement in hepatic fibrosis。That means FZHXP could effective in reducing hepatic inflammation and ruduce fibrosis. That fully reflects the characteristics of TCM differential treatment and treatment of the disease to occur。On the basis of this, we can treat hepatic fibrosis by the TCM science much better.
