| Objective:To explore the correlation between Laryngopharyngeal reflux and Gastroesophageal disease;to explore the TCM etiology, pathogenesis and dialectical therapy of laryngopharyngeal reflux; to explore Chinese medicine, western medicine two methods of treatment efficacy evaluation for Laryngopharyngeal reflux.Method:60 patients with Laryngopharyngeal reflux, divided into two groups according to the wishes of patients, that the treatment group and control group.40 cases of treatment group, including 14 cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,26 cases of syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.both give the traditronal Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.20 cases patients of control group,give the proton pump inhibitors, NEXIUM or Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules,and oral liquid,LanQin or ChaiYin. The course of treatment about 4 weeks, stop taking effect during taking other drugs for drug evaluation disease. Two groups of cases general clinical material comparability analysis, the article throat reverse flow typical symptoms, signs; discusses the flow and stomach esophagus throat, and through the correlation of disease of the indexes in rating scale changes before and after the treatment on clinical observation and comparative study.Results:This study throat reverse flow in the frequency of patients with symptoms appear as follows:frequent throat clearing, perceived much sputum or choanal drip, or foreign body sensation, often belching, hiccups, abdominal distension for a symptom, to varying degrees hoarseness, cough,cough after food or lie down, paroxysmal dyspnea or choking sense, swallowing blocked feeling. Throat endoscopy appear the frequency when signs is as follows:the joint hypertrophy, mucous membrane of aryepiglottic part swelling of the hypertrophy, laryngeal hyperemic mucosal swelling or erythema, laryngeal ropy sputum adhesion, larynx chamber disappear or vocal edema and formation polyps, subglottic edema or vocal false ditch, appear laryngeal mucous membrane oedema,60 patients not seen with vocal granuloma. About 80% patients appear belching, hiccups, abdominal distension for a symptom and 61.67% patients exists different degree of stomach esophagus lesions (anti flowing esophagitis, bile reverse flow, superficial gastritis), from reflux symptoms and throat symptoms can be seen in the voice hoarse, breathing difficulties, cleaning throat frequently, throat mucus close relations with reflux more. This study treats after treatment of TCM differentiation of symptoms, subjective impressio of patients suffer from laryngopharyngeal reflux and improve the overall condition better than western medicine therapy, the two groups on the improvement of Laryngopharyngeal reflux physical sign were no significant differences, TCM differential treatment for patients of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency got the best effect.Conclusion:The most common symptoms of Laryngopharyngeal reflux are Frequent throat clearing, throat mucus more and pharyngeal foreign body sensation. The most common physical signs are joint hypertrophy and throat signs congestion or erythema.The results of this study tip:Laryngopharyngeal reflux and Gastroesophageal reflux disease sexual diseases close relationship. Pathogenesis of Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease come down to strong liver spleen weak, blockage of Qi,and abnormal rising and falling of vital energy. the most common type of clinical evidence of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach. In this study,TCM group patients subjective symptoms, RSI scale symptoms and overall condition better than western medicine. syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency of Chinese Medicine group give expression to best effect.Chinese medicine dialectical have advantages in Laryngopharyngeal reflux treats. |
