Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Deanxit In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Object: To evaluate the efficacy of deanxit adjuvant therapy for GERD.Methods:Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to the fifth affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected.Data were analyzed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,general data(including gender,age,body mass index,smoking and drinking)were collected,scales(including SAS,SDS,GERDQ questionnaire,gerd-hrql score)were improved,and gastroscopy was improved.NRED and RE were statistically grouped,and the differences in basic data,psychological state,reflux status and quality of life were analyzed.Second inclusion and exclusion:patients with GERDQ score ?8,SAS standard score ?50,or SDS standard score ?50.The control group was given pantoprazole 40 mg orally once a day,and the experimental group was given one tablet of deanxit orally in the morning.The GERDQ questionnaire,GERD-HRQL score,SAS and SDS of the patients were analyzed 1 week and 1 month after the drug administration.To analyze the efficacy of deanxit in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Results: 1.Data analysis was performed on 274 patients,including 174 males and 100 females.There were 181 RE patients and 89 NERD patients.The proportion of NERD and RE in GERD patients was 32.48% and 66.05%,respectively.2.The proportion of smoking and drinking in RE patients was higher than that in NERD patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.The proportion of psychological abnormalities,proportion of depression and SDS score in NERD patients were higher than those in RE patients,with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).4.138 subjects were included in the randomized controlled trial,with 69 subjects in the experimental group and 69 subjects in the control group.The reduction of GERDQ questionnaire,GERD-HRQL score,SAS score and SDS score in the group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the reduction of GERDQ questionnaire,GERD-HRQL score,SAS score and SDSscore in NERD patients were better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The reduction of SAS score and SDS score in RE patients was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Deanxit is helpful in the treatment of GERD patients with anxiety and depression.For RE patients with anxiety and depression,the level of anxiety and depression can be improved.For NERD patients with anxiety and depression,not only did they improve their anxiety and depression levels,but they also improved their reflux symptoms and quality of life.
