Objective:To investigate the ultrasound features of full-field digital full-field digital mammography ACRBI-RADS Ⅱ–V in breast lesions and evaluate of diagnostic value of ultrasound for suchlesions. Full-field digital full-field digital mammography ACR BI-RADS and corrrepondingultrasound ACR BI-RADS contrast study,evaluate the presence of superiority in the diagnosisof breast benign and malignant lesions by ultrasound.Methods:On189breast lesions with full-field digital mammography and corresponding ultrasound wereretrospectively analyzed and grouping. Full-field digital mammography ACR BI-RADS scorefor IV-V in benign breast lesions in55patients (group A), Full-field digital mammographyscore IV of malignant breast lesions in28patients (group B), Full-field digital mammographyscore V of malignant breast lesions in51patients (group C), Full-field digital mammographyACR BI-RADS score forⅡ-Ⅲ in benign breast lesions in55patients (group D). Comparativeanalysis of four groups of breast lesions on ultrasound image boundary, T/L, flow, microcalcifications. On four groups of lesions with ultrasound ACR BI-RADS grading.Results:A, B, C, D four group, border is not clear respectively in6cases (11%),19cases (67%),42cases (82%),3cases (5.5%). T/L≥1respectively in3cases (5.5%),20cases (71%),36cases (71%),0cases (0%). Flow grade II-III respectively in11cases (20%),12cases(43%),27cases (53%),0cases (0%). The micro calcification in8cases (14.5%),11cases (39%),22cases (43%),8cases (14.5%), Group A and group BC ultrasound coincidence ratedifferences are statistically significant(P<0.05).. Group AD corresponding ACR BI-RADSultrasound grading display, Score for II-III in43cases (78.2%) and53cases (96.4%), scorefor IV for12patients (21.8) and2cases (3.6%); Group BC corresponding ACR BI-RADSultrasound grading display, Score for II-III in0cases (0%) and5cases (9.8%). The score forthe IV and V for5cases (21.7%),23cases (78.3%) and3cases (5.9%),43cases (84.3%),Benign and malignant lesions of group AD group BC ultrasound coincidence rate differencesare statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic analysis of full-field digital mammography ACR BI-RADS score IV-Ⅴbreastlesions can distinguish benign lesions from malignant lesions. Ultrasonic ACR BI-RADSgrading for benign lesions diagnosis ability is full-field digital mammography edge.
