Brucellosis recognized as an allergic and zoonotic infection, is caused by brucella.Brucellosis had been well controlled in china. The brucellosis epidemic status rebounded after the year of2000and in some parts of the China the situation of brucellosis is now getting worse. It is particluarly severe in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The aims of this study are as follows:1.Study the epidemiological characteristic of human brucellosis;2. Find out the risk factors to provide Theoretical Bases for prevention and controlbrucellosis related policy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The main research contents are as follows:1. To study the epidemiological characteristic of human brucellosis in tuquan county, Inner Mongolia XingAnMeng;2. To study personal and family environment influence on human brucellosis and to elucidate possible risk factors associated with brucellosis by comparing patients' awareeness of prevention, physical quality, health habits, dietary habits with a group of health people's, chi-square test were adopted for date analysis;3. To explore community and working enviromment influence on human brueellosis which including Village Environment overview, sheep farm overview and occupational exposure that analysised by single factor analysis and multiple logistie aggression analysis;4. To elucidate regional environment influence on human brucellosis, including administrative region and Geographic region;5. Collect meteorological material to find out its influence on human brucellosis;6. Aims to study and select risk factors in a different level, all the questions in questionnaire were classified to25factors and all the factors were classified to5dimensions, t test was adopted to analysis the factors and dimensions.801new cases were reported during2010-2011in Tuquan country, male patients are more than female patients and the difference has attained the significant leve; Most of the cases were between30years old and60years old; The incidence of brucellosis was statistical significant deference between villages; The peak period of incidence is during June and July.402subjects participant in the study including262patients and140controls; From the angle of social demography, risk factors with statistical significant are gender, age, nationality; Form the angle of brucellosis prevention, the risk factors with statistical significant is having no idea the transmission way of brucellosis; Form the angle of physical quality, the risk factors with statistical significant are body type, smoke, respiratory system disease; Form the angle of health habits, the risk factors with statistical significant are not washing hands before meals, not washing hands after going to the toilet, forgetting to wash hands after meals, forgetting to wash hands after work, not brushing teeth, spitting everywhere, not thoroughly cleaning the room, not cleaning the table, chair, window and door very often, throwing peel and paper scraps, spitting indoor, not keeping table and chair in order, not ventilating often, not quarantine animals regularly; Form the angle of dietary habits, the risk factors with statistical significant are not taking breakfast, having single dish each meal, eating out, eating out too often, not having fresh fruits, not having milk, not having enough water.Form the angle of exposure, according to single factor analysis results, the risk factors with statistical significant are age, gender, raising sheep, touching sheep's feces, touching aborted sheep, touching sheep's excreta, consumption dead sheep, not using glove and protective clothing while working, using dried sheep droppings as fertilizer, using dried sheep droppings for cooking and heating, sheepshearing; According to multiple logistic aggression analysis results, the risk factors with statistical significant are age, raising sheep, touching aborted sheep, not using glove and protective clothing while working, using dried sheep droppings as fertilizer. The incidence of brucellosis was statistical significant different between every parts of Tuque country, northwest of the country had the highest incidence, followed by middle part and the southeast part had the lowest incidence. The dry, windy weather and the appearance of meteorological disasters make it more difficult to control human brucellsis. The sheep farms in Tuquan country with very poor sanitary conditions and hygienic practices has no epidemic prevention facilities and the human brucellosis are are high prevalent among people work there.T test was adopted to analysis the factors and dimensions, patients have higher score in the following factors:the knowledge of transmission way of brucellosis, history of disease, drinking, touching sheep's feces; The score of awareness of prevention, physical quality, health habits, dietary habits don't have statistical significant difference between patients and health people; The score of exposure have statistical significant difference between them, patients have higher score than health people.
