| This research studies relativity between TCM syndrome and Chinese medicine constitution classification in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, to provide some guidance on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by using TCM.According to associated standards in TCM and western medicine, we cheese180chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. We got them syndrome differentiation of TCM, and the Chinese medicine constitution classification standards by was performed.In180patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, we found that75patients of lung qi vacuity pattern,56patients of spleen qi vacuity pattern,49patients of kidney yang vacuity pattern. Distribution law of the TCM pattern as follows:lung qi vacuity pattern> spleen qi vacuity pattern> kidney yang vacuity pattern. The occurrence of COPD also contacted with Chinese medicine constitution. This research found that the proportion of the cases of qi vacuity constitution was the majority in COPD, and qi depression constitution was the least. Distribution as follows:qi vacuity constitution> phlegm-damp constitution> yang vacuity constitution> blood stasis constitution> damp-heat constitution> yin vacuity constitution> qi depression constitution. There was some degree of relationship between TCM pattern and Chinese medicine constitution, such as lung qi vacuity pattern and qi vacuity constitution, spleen qi vacuity pattern and phlegm-damp constitution,qi vacuity constitution, kidney yang vacuity pattern and yang vacuity constitution,blood stasis constitutiCOPD had some degree of relationship between TCM pattern and Chinese medicine constitution. This had guidance and practical significance for the organic integration between " determine treatment by patterns identified "and" determine treatment by constitution identified " and improving the clinical effect in the process of COPD patients'treatment by TCM. |
