Compared The Effects Of Cerebral Vasospasm After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Treated By Fasudil And Nimodipine

Objective Compared effects with Fasudil and Nimodipine treatment due to cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Survey in our hospital from January2009to October2011,60patients application of CTA were confirmed present aneurysm. Randomly divided to Fasudil group(n=30) and Nimodipine group(n=30). All of the patients performed Class of Hunt-HessI-IV preoperatively,observed in preoperative patients with NIHSS scale and GCS score, postoperative first,4weeks and3months after NIHSS score and GOS score, ADL scale. Evaluate the effects of the test group and the control group. Results Fasudil group first,4weeks and3months after NIHSS score, GCS score,ADL scale, slightly better than Nimodipine group. Conclusion The effects of applied Fasudil to cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage slightly better than Nimodipine.
