History of Chinese ancient rulers have attached great importance to the treatment and control of the rural community, the hope at the grass - roots society set up on grass - roots society organizations for power penetration,so that they can control the rural society better.Their realization of the wishes are often unable to get well because of regional broad, inconvenient transportation and other factors,as well as the Ming Dynasty.Ming Dynasty on social control of the village was mainly achieved through to the lowest level control of the local government, the magistrate of the local government has a lot of Home Affairs to deal with,and they always put a lot of energy in financial revenue,so that they do not mind on management of grass– roots society.The grass - roots rural setting such as LiLao system,BiaoJia system and XiangYue system became to play their effect on village governance of Ming Dynasty.They make The general public to participate in the management of grass– roots society.So diversity of social power structure at the grass– roots level and the village autonomy of Game Logic of the State and society will be realized.Under the big background of the whole Ming Dynasty, Through analysis of grass - roots organizations in grass - roots Society of Ming Dynasty and analysis of the Ming Dynasty grass - roots social management mode and system of social power structure at the grass - roots Level.In the early years of the Ming Dynasty, set up by LiJia system and LaoRen system,the government make great control on the functions of the country. In the middle of the Ming Dynasty in the future,the BaoJia system and XiangYue syetem inherited the early systems destroyed intensify of social contradictions and vagrancy problems. The status about government of the Ming Dynasty by looking for agents to control the grassroots society to be continue.For another,by all about these,the village self– governance became more and more obvious.
