This paper attempts to examine and scrutinize the "cultural text "of espionage TV from several perspectives of creative landscape, development trajectory, type character, text comparison, context analysis and the future outlook. And tries to achieve a more in-depth understanding of "pragmatic", "art" and "culture" In the present social.In the first part, the conception "The espionage TV in recent China" is defined and pointed out that the espionage TV is a worthy of study the text of the "arts" and "culture".
