It's no doubt that there is a very developed tradition about artistic ambience (Jing jie) discussion. Reviewing the history, we can find that artistic ambience (Jing jie) discussion has been constantly returned to origin and opened new insights, which makes it more abundant. As well, it has invented lots of meanings which extends to other aspects besides arts and has influenced a lot. For more than one hundred years in the modern times, a lot of scholars such as Wang Guowei, Zhu Guangqian, Zong Baihua, Zhang Shiying, Zhang Xianglong has participated in the modern explanation and construction about artistic ambience with a perspective of both Chinese and western elements. Mr. Zhang XiangLong introduced Heidegger's thought clue about ontology, and put it into the contemporary transformation and constructing work for Chinese artistic ambience (Jing jie) theory. He also gave a extremely creative interpretation on the aspects of'meaning, image, words'. With deep thoughts on Heidegger's theory and Chinese artistic ambience (Jing jie), Mr. Zhang Xianglong thinks the truest perspective in phenomenology is artistic ambience (Jing jie). Mr. Zhang believes that artistic ambience (Jing jie)'s meaning itself is sufficient if we look from the perspective of existential phenomenology, and the original phenomena and original language emerged are beautiful. The original phenomena and poetic significance are present together. Mr. Zhang thereby reinvents relationship between objects and individuals, turning it from the traditional external relations between 'main body'and'all collections of objects', whether it's experience or transcendental logic, into a relationship with no clear boundary but mutual interaction.On the view of Chinese contemporary aesthetics development, It is a basic problem that how to go beyond the mindset of binary opposition" for Chinese art aesthetics in the 21st century. When we look back modern artistic ambience (Jing jie) theory development, it's easy to see that there is a pursuit for "super binary" in theories, whether for Wang Guowei or other scholars. Due to limits from ages and individuals, those scholars mostly borrowed concepts like hypostatization or conceptualization from western philosophy to realize artistic ambience (Jing jie) theory's modern transformation, and created their own theories based on Ready-made expectation, thus resulted in difficulties in solving binary opposition and incompleteness of ultimately surpassing. Mr. Zhang XiangLong's contemporary interpretation for'meaning, image, words'in artistic ambience (Jing jie) theory with clues from phenomenology offers a path for us to return the situation without any isolation before dualism and understand the artistic ambience (Jing jie). Zhang's theory also gives meaningful thoughts to respond to super binary confusion.
