A Study Of The Si'ahan Sutra Quoted In The North By "Jing Lv Yi Xiang" And Its Original Texts

Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????)was written in the Liang of the Southern Dynasty.As the earliest existing Buddhist books,there are a lot of different texts from the original scriptures,which has important corpus value.The dissertation would take Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????)and the Northern four Chinese(?)gama Sutra as the research object,and use corpus construction and retrieval and comparison methods to investigate the variants from a three-dimensional level:words,Syntactic and discourse.We would analyze three types of character variants of ancient and modern characters,variant characters,false words,and clarify the inter-letter relationship between the characters.The dissertation would give a more comprehensive explanation of the use of each character in Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????)and the Northern four Chinese(?)gama Sutra.The study of synonyms,synonyms includes the conversion of monosyllabic and disyllabic synonyms and the conversion between monosyllabic and disyllabic synonyms,which deepens the understanding of the interrelationship between synonyms.The analysis of the different transliteration words of transliteration words reflects a certain phonetic situation.Secondly,at the level of sentence usage,Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????)omits various syntactic elements in the excerpt of the Northern four Chinese(?)gama Sutra,which is more concise.Sometimes it changes the syntactic structure of the original sutra,or changes the complex sentence in the original sutra to a single sentence.At the discourse level,discourse texts are analyzed from four aspects:the use of referential methods,semantic expressions,narrative methods,and the layout of contextual information.Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????)often changes the reference and narrative methods of the original scriptures,and often uses the method of omission and generalization to delete and adjust the content of the original scriptures,omitting background information in the original scriptures.The dissertation explores the value of this thesis in collation,discourse studies and Buddhist culture.Through the variants,we further correct the erroneous sentence readings of Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????),explore the cause of the variants,determine the right and wrong of the variants,and correct the errors in the publication.Through discourse analysis,we also have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of ancient Chinese and theories of discourse.As the earliest existingBuddhist book,the study of the Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????)and the Northern four Chinese(?)gama Sutra is helpful to restore the original appearance of the Buddhist scriptures and deepen the understanding of Buddhist culture.
