Standard dance have the increasing of difficulty techniques and changing dance styles on the sports ability requirements getting higher and higher, in Standard dance, during exercise, comprehensive and scientifically required to dance the body's ability to function is the standard basis for dancers to improve their motor skills. Standard dance movements of the technical characteristics and requirements determine the athlete's torso backbone required to become the key to the body's ability to function. In the standard dance training for establishing reasonable trunk pillars of strength training on athletes' daily training of systematic, basic skills, dance style of development, breakthroughs offers effective protection of competitive level.Using literature, expert interviews, questionnaire surveys, experiments and other research methods. Starting with the technology of standard, integrated expert advice, establish trunk pillars of strength training of the standard dancer, and based on the principles of statistical random sampling experiment for 12 weeks, by 2 groups participating in the experiment, comparative analysis of technical level before the experiment and after the experiment, analyze trunk pillars of strength training effect on the standard of the players sport. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) FMS test can be intuitive and effective understanding in athletes of ankle, knee, hip, shoulder and other joints flexibility and stability. Standard athlete's shoulder flexibility better but less waist hip, knee flexibility. After joining the torso prop 12 week strength training athletes FMS test scores significantly improved.(2) The trunk pillars of strength training can improve standard dancers' the body's ability to function you want, and complete the lunge squat movement, about actively straight-knee leg settlement body asymmetry, instability has a positive effect.(3) The trunk pillars of strength training to standard dance training, on the one hand reduces standard dancers dance injuries arising in the course of probability, achieve better prevention effects; on the other hand, athlete injury recovery significantly improved.(4) The trunk pillars of strength training on standard basic technology shift, lift, reflexive, tilt, swing and double upgrade the skill level of help larger, than trained athlete complete high quality, sports skill levels increase faster, especially the waltz, Foxtrot, Viennese waltz in three dance is more effective.
