With the speed up of the global international information technology and the multi-cultural, which need more and more high-quality talent in the international-society. Talent requirements will also transform a single type into the Compound practical and international-type. It's play the most important role that the English as the international language of the most widely tool. Higher education as training high-quality talent place that meeting the international competition of training talent is the social responsibility of higher education. In order to achieve new development in higher education, we need to increase awareness of teaching quality. We need pay attention to quality education and deepen the curriculum reform. So we need to think of English common curriculum reform from the demands of the times and a high degree of international competitionThrough the history of curriculum reform at home and abroad, the pursuit of further improvement and development of course has always been a goal of curriculum reform. Now, China is engaged in the eighth basic education curriculum reform, which is promoted by the education reform in the world that is combination of specific national conditions of Chinese society. Curriculum evaluation is an important part in the curriculum reform, what is the value orientation of curriculum reform is bound to become a central theme. For this reason, some scholars in our country according to needs of the times and the actual situation of the curriculum reform, the status of implementation of the curriculum proposed by the development of the concept of curriculum evaluation assessment. By studying the relation information, we got some advice from the number of scholars of higher education, higher education management expert and the existing research foundation. Based on the present and the future, the basic concept of reality, we are using a questionnaire that standing on the University implemented realities for Undergraduate English teaching specific subjects at Guangxi Normal University.We combine the web-based electronic survey and the paper-based sampling by questionnaire. The investigation mainly from the materials used in schools, teaching facilities; teaching methods; student interest in learning, learning styles and methods. Research by EXCEL statistical software recovery the 904 valid data for analysis. The results show that students and instructors of English courses for public evaluation that is the implementation of the understanding the development of different. They are also different to the development of evaluation-model. As for this, we use the multiple intelligence theory, constructivist theory and Maslow's hierarchy as the implementation of public programs for development of English Evaluation of the theoretical basis. We analyze the problems from the school college English curriculum implementation process. Try the professional development of teachers from teaching and personal development; students basic learning ability, sense of self-development, cultural awareness, attitudes and learning strategies, so a few relatively independent but interrelated aspects of a unified evaluation mode. We look forward to our school in College English courses to improve the implementation of the evaluation methods to provide some valuable materials and meaningful help.According to the survey, we find that the practice of public English language courses and t the beginning of the assumptions have some differences. At the same time, we found that have been implemented with a sense of development evaluation in the course of the study Guangxi Normal University Undergraduate English Course evaluation methods. while the school has been evaluated using a comprehensive evaluation approach to the student's learning. To this end, our innovation is based on English Teaching in Guangxi Normal University undergraduate actual situation, and try to build a to promote the concept of human development and evaluation of targets for the evaluation of the evaluation index. We look forward to better promote student learning in college English courses for all aspects of capacity in the overall development, and the teacher improve at teaching literacy in all aspects. I hope that we can supply some valuable material and meaningful help in the public English courses at the evaluation of the implementation.
