The research on subjective well-being (SWB) has drawn increasing attention of researchers of sociology and psychology. Among many affecting subjective well-being factors, the research on relations between self-harmony, interpersonal trust(IT) and subjective well-being not only has significant meaning to improve college students'spiritual life, enhance their capabilities to cope with life matters and promote their interpersonal skills, but provides intervention proof for college education and teaching as well. The goal of the research is:(1)survey the present situation of college students' self-harmony, interpersonal trust(IT) and subjective well-being(SWB), and respectively have variance analysis basing on gender, grade, origin of students and whether from one-child family;(2)ascertain the relations among self-harmony, IT and SWB, explore whether there exists correlation between self-harmony and IT, between self-harmony and SWB, between IT and SWB, and furthermore, whether self-harmony and IT can remarkably predict SWB.Basing on questionnaires of self-harmony and subjective well-being, and ITS (interpersonal trust scale), this research has measured and studied 1,000 college students from Hebei Province about their subjective well-being(SWB), self-harmony, interpersonal trust(IT). And we find the following result:(1)the degree of college students'subjective well-being(SWB), self-harmony, interpersonal trust(IT) has distinction among gender, grade, origin of students and whether from one-child family; (2)self-harmony has definite negative correlation with IT, the higher self-harmony, the better IT; (3)self-harmony has definite correlation with SWB, the individual whose grades of self-harmony are lower enjoys higher SWB; (4) IT has definite positive correlation with SWB, the individual whose grades of IT are higher owns higher SWB; (5)There are close correlations between self-harmony, IT and SWB. The first two can predict SWB. The innovation of this research lies in that we combine together with the college students'SWB, self-harmony and IT to further study, revealing the relations among the three, and eventually providing intervention proof for college education and teaching.
