The Researeh Of Anti-Japanese War Literature On Froniline Battlefield

Anti-Japanese War has brought the catastrophe to China's society and people, and it also causes a certain extent of damage to the development of literature. But at the same time, the war creats a new and important areas of creativity Chinese literature," Anti-Japanese War literature". As a component of the Anti-Japanese War literature, the literature of frontline battlefield undoubtedly should become the object of literary research, its research, can make the system Anti-Japanese War literature more perfect, and it also play an important role to the development of Chinese literature. This paper has a whole research of the literature of frontline battlefield both in wartime or postwar by works.First,this article defines the main concepts related, such as frontline battlefield and the literature of frontline battlefield, and it has given the range definition of the frontline battlefield:the literature of frontline battlefield and the Kuomintang army in the war.Chapter 1-3 is the main body part of this paper. The first chapter summarizes the literature of frontline battlefield in wartime, namely in the 1930s and 1940s. In this period, part of the July school'novels have represented the literature of frontline battlefield., so this part emphatically analyzed some works of July school which explores contradictory coexistence of Kuomindang army's firm defense against Japanese army and shortcomings of themselves. Besides, this part also surveys the common characteristics of positive defense army and negative problems. Chapter 2 gives a comprehensive survey of the literature of frontline battlefield. First of all, it analyzes the reason why the literature of postwar has a blank period in forty years which indicates that literature of this kind of theme was in a blank gap due to civil war period, the early days of the Republic and cultural revolution. Secondly, it studies the works in the new era from two sides:the breakthroughs in literary types and abundance in contents, and it analyses that the interior meaning works including some novels and epic works which appeared in new era. The meaning represents the sensation of history and deep thoughts of human's nature. Meanwhile, it discusses the unique works that described life and emotional requirements of Kuomintang soldiers beyond the battlefield. Finally, the paper gives a comprehensive study of the common tragedy of the works in war time and new era and it analyses the common aspects such as the physical wounds, the breaks of heart and unnecessary sacrifices.The epilogue part analyzes the shortcomings of this paper, the study on wartime works is not enough, and it also has a limitations of choosing works in the new period. The paper also points out that in the modern society, the creation and the research of the literature of Anti-Japanese War on frontline battlefield will get more and more attention.
