Border Control and Border issues are always accompanied. In recent years, border problems, the border area government job is increasingly heavy and complicated. Understanding of the past, ancient and modern China through the border control of the overall dialysis, and the history and reality through research, summed up the lessons the Chinese border control, border management in contemporary China provide decision. Southwest border as a component of the Chinese border, to study the problem must not be separated from China's southwest frontier border. An important part of the southwest border of Yunnan, regardless of history or reality has its own unique characteristics of the development. Modern times to also, the impact of the invasion by Western forces, border issues become very complex, frontier governance facing unprecedented challenges. Republic of China from the Qing Dynasty to the modern Yunnan Province, each period are different border issues, border management also issued different characteristics. Tang Jiyao helm in November 1913 in Yunnan government, to the February 1927 death ruled for nearly 13 years in Yunnan Province, known as "Tang Jiyao era." In Yunnan, more than 10 years of its rule, the history of Yunnan is a relatively independent stage of historical development, dramatic social change in Yunnan border, border management presents a new historical features.This paper studies from five aspects of yunnan border areas TangJiYao regime of governance.. The first part discusses the governance of modern border in Yunnan Border Patrol access to this particular system, the system of inspection system of ancient origin. Early Republic of China, Yunnan border problems are acute, in order to promptly and effectively deal with border issues, provincial government officials including the military governor of Yunnan Province to visit Cai E have access to patrol border areas, to evolve into a system during the Tang Jiyao. The third part discusses the political construction of border during the Tang Jiyao to explain modern political system since the development of border areas of Yunnan, evolution and characteristics. Tang Jiyao during the fourth part discusses the foreign and border management around the Yunnan border with Myanmar. Vietnam. Japanese. British and French representations shape frequently, the growing proliferation of border disputes, thus forming a characteristic Yunnan Foreign Affair and border management system. Part V discusses the Tang Jiyao regime of the management measures in border areas, in modem times, backward and open co-exist in Yunnan, Tang Jiyao backward in order to change the situation in border areas of Yunnan, a series of measures on the border areas of the business.
