| Objective:By using the method of personality structure lexicology paradigm, the research is to explore the power structure and nature characteristics of healthy personality in contemporary Chinese society, and on this basis, to establish the healthy personality structure of contemporary China scale.Methods:Firstly, semi-structured personality traits terms descriptive questionnaire is used to collect the healthy personality natural language terms of contemporary Chinese in target populations, and to establish their vocabulary; Secondly, subjects are prepared at the base of the healthy personality to form the healthy subjects personality inventory draft; then filter the scale subjects by using the forecast test in order to establish a formal health personality structure questionnaire; Finally, a standardized and large test is carried out to establish the structure of healthy personality in contemporary China, and to establish national norms, reliability and validity.Results:Personality structure of contemporary China Health Scale contains 30 questions as five factors, five factors explained 47.355% of a total variance of 30 projects. The analysis of scale construct validity show that the correlation coefficients between each factor is at a interval of 0.227-0.567, and that the correlation coefficients between each factor and total scale is at a interval of 0.529-0.821, both of them are significant.5 scale factors and EPQ-RSC's P, E scale were significantly different at the 0.01 level at a associated opposite direction, except the dimension of impartiality is positive correlation with the N-scale of EPQ-RSC, the other dimensions are negative correlation. Except the dimension of impartiality is negative correlation with the BPRS dimension, the other four dimensions and more with the BPRS was positively correlated with each dimension.5 dimensions scale consistency reliability values internal is 0.540-0.846, while the total scale was 0.890. Interval of 2 weeks of test-retest reliability values internal is 0.696-0.921 (p<0.01). The scores of men in the two factors namely perseverance and maturity are higher than women and the differences are significant;men are significant differences in responsibilities, compatibility and fairness of the three factors with women at higher scores, and except the responsibility,all have reach a significant level. The differences among the three factors scores at all ages namely perseverance,fairness and affinity are significant. As different test in the occupational groups showing, the scales of farmers,workers,self-employed and other groups, except the dimension of maturity, all the five factors are no significant differences; And in teachers, civil servants and medical personnel groups, except the dimension of maturity, all their levels have reached a statistically significant difference; three student groups in the scale scores on the five factors except the dimension of justice, all reach the level of significance. General population sample of patients with coronary heart disease, cancer patient samples except differences in the maturity dimension do not reach statistically significant levels, the other four dimensions are significantly different.Conclusion:The research has been completed the establishment of the healthy personality structure of contemporary China scale initially. The questionnaire consists of five dimensions of personality structure, namely, perseverance, responsibility, maturity, compatibility, fairness. Indicators of the reliability and validity are in line with the requirements of psychometrics; it can be used as a measurement tool of healthy personality.2. Defining the concept of healthy personality, the healthy personality is adapting to the reality, the harmonious development of contemporary China, a development stage that the majority of members of society can achieve.3. The healthy personality is different in gender, age, occupation.4. The Health Personality Questionnaire can distinguish the patients with some physical disease well. |
