On Mass Cultural Workers Incentives To Explore

Mass culture, which is the ancient social and historical cultural phenomenon, gets through the whole history of human culture. And it penetrates the living and production activities of different nations all over the world at all times. Mass culture workers bear the duty of enriching mass cultural life and promoting the level of mass cultural life. The satisfaction to their work directly determines the satisfaction to the whole cultural work. Therefore, the exploration on the incentives to the mass culture workers has significance in promoting the development of mass culture workers itself, the improvement of the management and the working efficiency as well as the construction of the working team of mass culture.This paper uses the method of investigation, individual interview and the theory of mass culture, public management, in order to further clarify mass cultural workers incentive mechanism. The paper will take Yangpu District as an example, analyzing and researching the current mass cultural workers'working condition, exploring the existing problems, analyzing the reasons for these problems and looking for the solutions by way of incentives. Therefore, the research content will provide a real example for the research on the mass cultural workers incentive mechanism. It is not only useful for Yangpu District but also meaningful to the construction to the incentive and mass cultural workers in other cities.The paper will be composed of five parts. Part one:Introduce the background, the relevant definitions the purpose and method of the research. Part two:Introduce the main theories used in this paper. Part three:Analyze the existing problems through the research on the mass cultural workers'working conditions in Yangpu District. Part four: Analyze the reasons for the problems. Part five:Give some suggestions on the construction of the incentives mechanism for the mass cultural workers.
