Research On Application Of Incentive Mechanism In The Children’s Sports Dance Teaching

Recently, the institutions and schools of DanceSport training for children spread all over Chinese cities, the rise and development of which is of great significance to the popularization of children’s DanceSport. When we focus on the development of children’s DanceSport, we should also emphasize the teaching of children’s DanceSport. However, the DanceSport teachers are faced with the challenges brought out by some of children’s physical and psychological characteristics such as low age, being easily attracted by new things, difficult to concentrate and weak self-control ability, etc. Therefore, DanceSport teachers are required to try to introduce new teaching models and apply the incentive mechanism of management to the teaching of children’s DanceSport so as to improve the teaching quality. By adopting many research methods like the literature method, investigation method and experimental method, etc., this paper has made a survey and get a general knowledge about the DanceSport training institutions in Hubei Province. In this paper,120 children from the Wo Wu Long Ting DanceSport Training Agency in Yichang city were treated as the experimental subject and from which 60 children were selected by random as the experimental group and then they would be given a six-month teaching experiment on the basis of incentive mechanism. In addition, the other 60 children with the similar conditions as the former group, being regarded as the control group, would receive the normal DanceSport training without applying the incentive mechanism. In the end, this paper will try to find out the differences between the two groups in different respects through the comparative experimental analysis.According to the findings, children tend to be more encouraged by incentives, thus the application of incentive mechanism in the teaching of children’s DanceSport will greatly contribute to the cultivation and development of children’s interest in DanceSport. When the incentive mechanism is applied in the the teaching of DanceSport, the students are more initiative, self-conscious and positive in learning. The application of the incentive mechanism can help students better grasp the learned dancing skills and play an important role in the improvement of the final teaching quality.It is suggested that the application of incentive mechanism in the teaching of children’s DanceSport should meet the principle of students’needs; the rewards given by teachers should be based on the all-round development of all the students; teachers should have a full understanding of the functions of both the material rewards and the mental rewards and make an artistic combination of the two kinds of incentives following the principle of "mental rewards first, material rewards supplemented".Innovation points of the research:1.In the realm of the teaching theories of DanceSport, the related incentive mechanism has been studied;2.An in-depth and comprehensive analysis on the incentive mechanism under the circumstances of teaching children’s DanceSport has been conducted and so does the analysis of the particular incentive mechanism applied in the process;3.Specific researches have been made on how to stimulate children’s sports interest in the teaching of children’s DanceSport.
