Spiritual well-being is described to be a existing state of life, including positive emotion, behavioural traits, and congnitive response to oneself, others, environment , transcendence. In turn, this state provides a positive psychological traits and attitude for individuals. As a psychological variable, higher spiritual well-being always means better psychological adjustment for Christians in religious culture. So the study of spiritual well-being can not only fill in the blank of the domestic relevant domain, but also help Christians to understand their own faith and test the happiness from faith better.This research adopted the method and experience of anthropology, sociology and psychology. First, the research used the qualitative research methods to collect empirical data in order to explore the representation and features of Chinese Christianos'happiness, and then we could preferably understand and construct the concept of Spiritual Well-Being. Secondly, using quantitative research methods, the Fisher Spiritual Well-Being questionnaire was revised to fit into our cultural background and context for a high reliability and validity. Last, 301 Christianos were investigated to analyse the present situation and influencing factors of Christian Spiritual Well-Being profoundly, and the research hypotheses which is found in qualitative research were also examinated.The results were as follows:(1) In qualitative research we found that Christianos` happiness include two aspects: general meaning well-being and spiritual Well-Being.(2) The Chinese Christianos'Spiritual Well-Being Scale based on the Fisher Spiritual Well-Being has satisfactory reliability and validity, and it can be used in psychological research to explore domestic Christianos'spiritual well-being status.(3) The score of spiritual well-being in every dimention had discrepancy in different degrees among the different ages, degrees of education, family economic conditions, places of residence and faith types.(4) Religious participation, religious attitude, religious orientation and social support were the important factors on Christian spiritual well-being.
