Speaking through a person's life, Verbal communication as the most prevalent among people, a large number of the most complex form of a communication, is the basic means of human survival. Thirty-Six Schemes is an integral part of the strategy imposing the wisdom of ancient Chinese culture. This paper studies the speech communication and flexibility in the use of Thirty-Six Schemes, for discussion and analysis the Verbal communication behavior.The article first reviews the Speech Communication in the past. Overviewed some of the relevant about Thirty-Six Schemes. This paper discussed this problem with various common types of speech communication, and incorporated with syntactic and pragmatics.Secondly, the article summarizes the verbal communication science and Thirty-Six Schemes of the general theory, analysis of their social function and meaning, so that the theory first.Thirdly, The main part of the paper is based upon the theory of language to Thirty-Six Schemes the winning situation, the balance of power, disadvantage as the weft in order to understand and study Chinese language and communication of phenomena, And summarized in case of general words is the dominant strategy, the balance of power in case of language policy and language policy in case of disadvantages, Verbal skills and strategies highlights the importance of expression.Last but not the least, doubts along the investigation process have been concluded and discussed. Possible future research direction has also been addressed.Though this paper has thoroughly gone through many verbal communication skills, there are limitations which may be the emphasis of further studies.
