The People change problem is one of the most serious social problems in the Ming Dynasty ,especially in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, when large-scale civil commotion continued, the main reason is the demise of the Ming Dynasty. FuJang region is located in Guangxi province of southwest border region, because of different geographical location and rule policy,thePeople change problems become very prominent problem, where the outbreak of large-scale uprising, which lasted more than two centuries, it had a profound impact on Guangxi region and country society.Therefore, the paper selected this topic as a research focus, focus on the type of people change problems, focus on the characteristics of the people change problems, focus on the causes of the people change problems,focus on the control of the people change problems.The paper also analyzes several types of the people change problems in Fujiang, that is Anti-won field, anti-salt monopoly and blockade,decompile households with membership and anti-Paying Taxes; against official corruption and individual events. This paper also Analysis four characaters of the people changes in Fujiang,it has national character,extensive characate,village character,strong-violence-character,famine-fight,official-Corruption,land-acquisition;,exorbitant-taxes andsalt monopoly,the loss of social psychological led to the frequent changes of the people change problems. Although the authorities adopt a variety of measures and control means, with little success, resulting in the continued evolution of the people change problems.in Fujiang. The People change problem of fujiang last more than two centuries ,it seriously disrupted the social and economic order of Fujiang and Guangxi region ,it also promote the the progress of productive forces and the integration of national unity, and its social effects are multiple and complex.
