Due to the importance of writing courses and the current status of Business Chinese Writing, we will focus on introducing the Task-based Approach into Business Chinese Writing. And we hold the idea our study should be focused on two issues---"What to teach" and "how to teach".About "What to teach", we mainly refer to such question from how to determine the task themes of Business Chinese Writing. To avoid the arbitrary and subjectivity in task themes' determining process, we think our study should be based on two subjects, "scene analysis" and "need analysis". Bused on such thoughts, we firstly explore the scene-setting situation of four popular Business Chinese textbooks and four business tests, then summarize and divide all the scenes of Business Chinese into three degrees, prima,medium and advanced grade. About to the "need analysis", we make an survey to determine the importance of different task themes of Business Chinese Writing, and divide 87 writing tasks' themes into four groups.About "How to teach", this paper mainly refer to such question from the designs of teaching activities, teaching organizing and teaching sequence. In the part of teaching activities designing, we make a detailed explanation about the connotation of Business Chinese Writing tasks, which is different from the studying of reading, speaking and listening. In the part of teaching organizing designing, we divide the Business Chinese Writing Teaching into three phases:the pre-task phase; the task Executive phase and the post-task phase in details. In the part of teaching sequence designing, we mainly study how to determine the task difficulty of Business Chinese Writing. We think that current task difficulty framework is not operational, which can not reflect the particularity of writing. So we draw the CEFR writing framework for reference, and design the special task difficulty framework for Business Chinese Writing...
