Reasearch On The Practice Of Environmental Ethics In China Under The Low Carbon Economy

Industrial revolution brings industrial civilization and the rapidly development of industrialtechnology. However, ecological environment and human survival was threatened due toincreasing atmospheric carbon dioxide levels. Environmental problem is becoming more seriousand low carbon development is imminent in the21stcentury. It's difficult to completely resolvecarbon emissions just using industrial technology methods, but requires people from philosophicalheight to reconsider the relationship between humanity and nature. The research of environmentalethics is not only reinforce attitudes conductive to the destruction of the natural world, but alsoundermine attempts to construct environmental ethics that involve more harmonious relationshipsbetween humans and nature, which reflects the philosophy to application oriented change, causeshuman using a broader view to acknowledge the relationship between man and nature andunderstands the rights and responsibility in ecological system.In present work, the deep investigation and analysis of applying environment ethics in Chinahas been discussed through combining the characteristics of low-carbon economy in the world,summering of environmental ethics status in China and focusing on some deficiencies ofenvironmental ethics construction. In addition, the principle, method and way of applyingenvironmental ethics were explored under the low carbon economy. Main research contents aredivided into four parts:Part I: Review of low carbon economy and environmental ethics. The development of lowcarbon economy and relationship between ethics and environmental ethics were revealed.Furthermore, Practice mechanism of environmental ethics in China was analyzed. Newrequirements of environmental ethics practice was discussed under the low carbon economy;Part II: The achievements of applying environmental ethic practice in environmental ethics,environmental ethics regulations and environmental ethics education were reported in this paper.Moreover, the issues of applying environmental ethics in China was discussed base on the viewof value confusion, conflict of interest, social anomie and philosophical subjectivity;Part III: The practice of environmental ethics in the perspective of low-carbon economy. Thepractice principle, particle method and particle way of environmental ethics were proposed underthe low carbon economy in China.Part IV: From the institution, education and technology respects, the particle to protectenvironment ethics was discussed under the low carbon economy in China.Through the research of environmental ethics theory and practice to deepen our understanding of environmental ethics, provide effective ideas and practical guidance forresolving current environmental ethics issues, promote of environmental ethics from theory topractice, provide the space of theoretical development of environmental ethics and promote thedevelopment of environmental ethics in a new background.
