Research On The Industrial Linkage Model Of The Local Traditional Cultural Inheritance

The 21st century, in the process of modernization, transformation of the traditional cultural heritage and protection, utilization of cultural heritage, is one of the most discussed topics. Today's society, cultural re-examination, especially on the local traditional culture, has prompted the rise of cultural heritage protection. And gradually presents the diversification of cultural heritage protection, scientific conservation way, and also geographical features of protected mode. At the same time, traditional cultural logic of the market, has both positive and negative side to the heritage of local traditional cultural. On the other hand, from national to local governments, the continuous progress of cultural industries has undoubtedly injected fresh blood to the heritage of traditional cultural. In today's world economic integration and rapid development of the local traditional cultural diversity, the introduction of industrial economics, "Industrial linkage" development theory, by studying the industry linkage model of the specific local traditional cultural heritage, can implemented help guiding the protection and heritage of traditional culture in the new period. That can also help conduciving to positive ideas and exploring local strategies, promoting traditional region economic, social and cultural sustainable development.To complete this study, I have search, carding a lot of basic literature. And in March and June 2009, i went to the Zeya town in Wenzhou City for field survey. In traditional handmade paper villages, i delivered the questionnaire and took interviews. The study found that:First, traditional handmade paper in Zeya has high historical and cultural value, artistic and scientific value; Second, since the reform and opening up, the traditional handmade paper industry has depauperated very quickly, and now is faced with destruction of paper-making tool for facilities, rapid declined in the number of papermaking farmers, artists out of stock, machinery and paper competition, protection of difficulties such as lack of funds; Third, the local community to the cultural identity of traditional culture (paper-mountain culture) has lower, and the protection and development measures at less than real, the heritage of traditional handmade paper culture has been difficult. Based on field research, reviewing existing research and those research materials, I has deepen understanding the issue.This thesis is constituted of introduction and six chapters. The preface introduces the the background of the topics, purpose and meaning, content, technology routes and methods, innovation and the key points. Chapter II reviews the related research topics at home and abroad about the theoretical and research developments, traditional cultural heritage of several domestic and foreign models, and the basic theory of industrial linkage and mechanism. ChapterⅢ's described based on adequate theory, to build a theoretical model of industrial linkage for protecting and heritage traditional culture, respectively, from the conditions, power, channels and four aspects of security mechanism. Chapter IV, sort of the historical development of traditional handmade paper cultural in Zeya town focusing on defining the context of "paper-mountain culture". Analysis of field investigation materials, obtained the embarrassment of the traditional cultural heritage is facing difficulties. Chapter V, based on the industry linkage theoretical model, analysis Zaya cultural heritage of traditional craft:according to Zeya's advantage of local natural resource endowment and socio-economic, develop the commodity production-oriented about traditional culture crafts, cultural tourism services about interaction between cultural industries and tourism industry, develop and protect the intangible cultural about heritage protection-based of ping-papermaking skills. In the all process, we need focus on including the construction of strengthening market mechanisms, financial management, cultural policy and security system, actively promote the construction of local cultural industry chain and the formation of industrial agglomeration. Chapter VI, summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and put forward worthy of further study.The heritage of local traditional cultural and socio-economic development is a unity of both complementary and contradictory, adhere to the "protection first" principle, based on the protection of innovating, strive for the best social and economic benefits, fundamentally to promote the traditional papermaking sustainable development.
