Lists the final system, makes three different processing schemes to the Initial system and Tone system of Luqiao Wu dialect as follows. The first scheme settled the system as the usual way of the field of Wu Dialects. The second scheme separates the nasal sounds and lateral sound into two sets separately and adjustes the phonetic symbols of the voiced sounds according to it's nature'voiceless turbidite (qing yin zhuo liu)', namely, add voiced current'h'after corresponding voiceless sounds. The third scheme, makes voiced sounds into corresponding voiceless sounds, lists the homophony syllabary. Describes the corresponding relationship between Luqiao dialect and ancient Chinese phonology from Initials, Finals and Tones. Meantime, it points out the similarities and differences with other Wu Dialect in phonological features. On this foundation, it lists the connection style of Initials, Finals and Tones. Discuss the tone sandhi rules of bisyllabes from three aspects, general sandhi, diminutives sandhi and special sandhi. As for the general sandhi, the tone of the front word changes violently, while the last word changes a little. The internal relationship between high-pitched subtone and low-pitched subtone make the mode of tone sandhi simplified a lot, and there are 20 categories altogether. The diminutives sandhi lies in the last word, leval tone changes into high-rising tone 35, and oblique tones change into high-falling tone 51, in case of checked tone, it will change into lax tone, and there are 6 categories altogether. As for the special sandhi, the paper analysis by classification. The tone contour of the first word in trisyllabic sequence depend on its own tone type, the rules of the last two words are equal to that of bisyllabic sequence. At last, this paper describes the diminutives sandhi concretely. Nouns have such kind of sound change, besides, words like adjectives, quantifiers and verbs can also have. Sound change in nouns often have the additional meaning of pretty, intimate. In adjectives and verbs it mainly present in reduplication patterns. Put the sound change of Luqiao dialect into the context of that of Zhejiang dialect, we hold the view that the sound change as a means of indicating diminutives of Luqiao dialect also came through the same progress as Zhejiang dialect did, from the pattern of "er"-suffix to nasal ending pattern, nasalized pattern and tone sandhi pattern.
