The Cultural Philosophy Sight Under The Universal Value

From the perspective of cultural philosophy, this essay discusses the metathesis of universal values , and analyses the dilemma in the universal value construction process. It points out a way to solve the universal values. It also analyses and demonstrates the "universal value" in the traditional Chinese culture, explains the factors in constructing a universal value under the background of globalization.This essay argues that, in the sense of cultural philosophy, "universal value" is multicultural dialogue on the basis of the value, its characteristic is cultural differences between different cultures under the background of mutual understanding. "Universal value" in construction process faces dilemmas of culture nihilism and cultural hegemonism. The only way to solve this dilemma between different cultures is the understanding and tolerance. through continuous specific cultural practice, we should solve specific problems under different cultural background. Traditional Chinese culture includes universal value factors such as love, moderation which plays an important role in the construction of universal values under the globalization background.
