Era Summoned Under The New Model Of Philosophical Methodology

The modern China is a period of history that the society is unrest and the cultural is changed. Many patriotic people with lofty ideals are devoted to save the nation from extinction movement, trying to save China of weak aspect. Yan Fu and Hu Shi are fully aware that methodology plays an important role in philosophy system. As an important link, it determines the development degree of philosophy. However, Chinese ancient philosophy method is no longer apply to modern times already, so they were widely learning western thought and re-examine the essence of ancient Chinese culture to enrich and perfect the philosophical methodology to promote the innovation of philosophy.In this paper, I will find and analyze the philosophical methodology of Yan Fu and Hu Shi, and try to restore the original visage of philosophical methodology. I will summer the influence that western science and philosophy condition as well as the ancient Chinese philosophy has given to Chinese modern philosophical methodology. And I will rethink the new progress of modern methodology from a fresh perspective, and then analyze their commonality and of their uniqueness with philosophical methodology. At last I will summarize their theory value and practical significance.
