Academic research on Marxist philosophy in China, roughly three dimensions:First, focus on the historical process described from the aspects of the history of Marxism in China; focusing on analysis demonstrated Marxist philosophy of the substance, characteristics and function; focus from the "form" of Chinese Marxist philosophy such as philosophy of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping philosophy and characteristics. These studies from its research dimension to deepen and expand our understanding of Marxist philosophy in China.Marxist Philosophy in China, has a fundamental role in guiding the whole development of Chinese modern and contemporary philosophy, the research has also made some promising results. However, people in the past research on the methodology there are a lot of limitations, which severely restricted the breadth, depth and degree of innovation of Marxist Philosophy in Chin a Studies.
